| Women at Work is a government initiative designed to promote the recruitment and retention of women within the automotive industry. |
| Are all female employees eligible? |
| Yes, all female automotive representatives are eligible for the funding, provided that they have not previously received funds from the initiative. |
| Which subjects are eligible? |
The initiative relates to a wide range of subject matters, including both technical and non technical competencies.
So, whether your women work in the sales department, after sales, main reception, parts, accounts and administration or body shop, there is funding available to you. |
| How much funding can I expect to receive? |
| You will receive between 50 and 100% of the training enrolment fee back. In addition, contributions will be made for travelling and accommodation etc. The maximum fund available to each individual is £800. |
| Who takes care of the administration? |
| Essential Dealership Training will oversee the administrative procedure and keep you abreast of communication with the funding body. |
